Dear Sir,
We have company and appointed directors in that company. We need to prove that the directors hold shares in that company. What can be used as a solid proof for the same?

Hi
Check, Minutes of Board Meeting allotting shares to him and Form-2 filed with ROC. You can also check from Form-20B filed with ROC and Register of Director shareholding maintained by company.
