Proof for cash salary

i am doing job in private sector company. i want to file ITR for Bank loan. So what proof that i can obtain from my employer.

YOU MAY OBTAIN THE COPY OF YOUR LEDGER ACCOUNT AND A SALARY CERTIFICATE ON THE EMPLOYER'S LETTER HEAD SIGNED BY THE EMPLOYER OR HIS OFFICER.

ask for FORM 16A-TDS CERTIFICATE, SALARY SLIP, APPOINTMENT LETTER,YOUR DESIGNATION IN CO.ETC

Agree with experts.
You can ask for Form 16 to ease you in filing of return.
If they dont give you form 16 if no TDS from your salary no probs. You can compute your Taxable Salary with the help of your payslips & file your ITR.
Banks generally ask for Form 16 of last 3 years so better you make request to your employer for issuing the same.

for bank loan purpose salary certificate is enough
if you want to file ITR. as you mentioned it is cash salary then you can file ITR on that certificate also
if no TDS then employer will not issue you form 16.

Correct now a days it is practical problem that form 16 is generated from tds cpc website only if tds is deducted from your salary otherwise not. In no tds deducted then salary certificate on company letterhead is sufficient as I am also providing same to employees in my company
