Dear Murugesan,
Firstly compare the changes within last three year balance sheet . calculate there ratio of changes eg. sale, purchase, direct expenses, indirect expenses, .
accordingly you can make P & L with taken a help of projection of sale with management.
accordingly you can draw the balance sheet.
