clause 4 part 1 schedule 1 permits a ca in practice 2 enter into a partnership other with members of other professional having prescribed qualification like engineers architects etc is this still under proposal stage or has it been approved by the government

it has been already approved because according to REGULATION 53A of CA regulations 1988 a ca is permitted to have partnership with the other professionals which is as per clause 4 part 1 of first schedule.
