I belong to DELHI and working with a Company based at Mumbai. every month company deducting 200/- as Maharashtra Professional Tax Act of 1975. Is this tax applicable to me or not. if not Kindly give me the reason with any reffrence

Yes professional tax will be deducted from your salary
if your salary exceeds 10001& above it is 200
if your salary exceeds 10001& above it is 200
