11 June 2013 I belong to DELHI and working with a Company based at Mumbai. every month company deducting 200/- as Maharashtra Professional Tax Act of 1975. Is this tax applicable to me or not. if not Kindly give me the reason with any reffrence

if your salary exceeds 10001& above it is 200
