If a practicing CA during Navratri festival distributes the Photos of ambemata and below that he writes his name CA........., Mob.......and a CA Logo
Is this allowed? Or he is guilty under clause 6 or 7 of First Scedule of Professional Misconduct?

He will b deemed to b guilty of proffessional misconduct under clause 6,7 of 1st schedule to the ca act.
