23 May 2016 What is the tax liability of a Indian resident (stationed in India) on professional charges or salary earned from China company?

Will the benefit of any TDS made in China on such income available in India?

23 May 2016 If you are a Resident, income earned by you anywhere in the world shall be taxable in India and has to be included in your total income.
