Procedure of opening a company from strike off

A company is in strike off, what is procedure of opening the company if it's strike off from ROC. can any one help me?

Move a petition u/s 560 (6) of the companies act,1956 before the jurisdictional High court to reinstate the name in the Register of ROC.
