Can any one guide me the procedure how to submit Test Papers for CS-Executive. Like whether A4 size papers are permitted for answer sheets, what all the students details to be disclosed in the Answer sheets etc..

on 1 st page u need to mention

From ICSI regional chapter u can get the first page to get attached to ur ans.
