I am pe-2 student. I cleared my group-2 but didnt make to group-1.and i exhausted my attempts. I wanted to know whether i can convert to ipcc. do I have to write all subjects again. what the procedure and fee details

no u have to given only remainging group. no reregitration is required for this, only on examinaton form u have to fillup details. for more details go to www.icai.org.
