What is the general procedure for availing service tax credit for the firm, ABC ?

Cenvat credit can be claimed as per applicable cenvat credit rule( Cenvat for input services and Cenvat on capital goods can be claimed)
For claiming Cenvat credit, the invoice may not be in the name of firm, but it should be related to the out put service
Need to maintain the Cenvat credit taken and utilised full details in a register
