First of all you should register himself on MCA portal i.e. www.mca.gov.in. Then follow the below mentioned procedure:

1. Down load the concern form from portal.
2. Fill the form and made necessary attachment.
3. click the Check Form.
4. Fill the details of professional.
5. Sign the form digitally by concerned person.
6. Also use the digital signature of professional.
7. Log-in in the MCA portal
8. File the form with concern source.
