After finalisation of 16-17, tax libility 6.5lac & 50K interest........so wht entry should be it for payment .

just pay whole of the liability as basic tax. Tax return utility automatically adjusts the credit against different heads.

You can pay the whole liability in Basic Tax column..
Also You can pay Basic Tax , Education Cess & Interest Column...
