Can we use a gel ink pen ( say renolds gel racer ) for answering in ipcc exam

Ya you can use Gel Ink Pen.
Even I use ADD GEL.

I would also suggest you to use gel pen for quick writing. Throughout my professional exams my gel pen was my partner.
