Prescribed time limit for issue of dealer cenvat invoice

Kindly let me know is there any time limit is priscribed in the Excise law to issue a invoice by a First Stage dealer to pass on CENVAT to his customer. In such case please let me know the notifiction or circular if any

dealer will issue the cenvat invoice at the time of sale of goods, and the invoice will move alongwith the goods sold.
