Preparation of food and delivery only

One of my client is preparing Food at one place and same is delivering to another place.
Is it service tax implication on the same.
Catering service falls under service tax but manufacturing of food is not covered under service tax.
Yours is manufacturing of food with the condition that the same is to be delivered at the doorsteps of client. So long as you are NOT serving the food, it is not covered under service tax
