preparation of final exams

Dear sir,
i have been giving ca fianl exams from 2005 may. 5 attempts have gone and this is my 6th attempt. i was preparating for the exams from sep. but due to lack of my Strategy i have in this time too. i have not read for the past 5 days. i have not managed to make a study shedule. can any one give me some useful shdule how to complete the course and how many times revision should be made. tips how to revise the full course within the limited time. i am much depressed.

Please do not get depressed. Life has its own colours and CA is not a Tom, Dick and Harry Course.
I have been coaching from last 12 years and I have coached students of more than my age. (50%).
I request you to finalize that whethr you have any family commitments and responsibilites. Then finalize whether you want to attempt Group I or Group II. Then finalize how many hours you can devote. Mail me your study schedule or post on ca club. Then we can decide on the books you can refer and attempt.
