21 October 2010 in time of filling return there is a field Premises Code which is 10 digit alphanumeric. but i could not find any 10 digit alpha numeric code.

the location code is 6 digit.

so plz help me.

21 October 2010 Premises code is issued to an assessee under S. No. 5 of the Certificate of Registration (Form
ST-2). An assessee to whom premises code has not been issued, may furnish location code as
issued to him in the Annexure III (prescribed vide circular No. 35/3/2001-ST dated
27.08.2001).

21 October 2010 we didnt recd any premises code then location code can be given

but location code is 6 digit and it didnt accept in online return

plz tell me where from we get that premises code?

21 October 2010 In your login in www.aces.gov.in, there is one option "Ret-> fill ST3->, Fill"

this option will give your premises code
