I have been coming across nos. of vacancies for CA where they have mentioned claerly CA with 2/3/5 yrs of Post Qualification.
Pls tell me why the articleship period (3 yrs) and the period we had served as Audit Staff been ignored by the prospective employers !!
In my opinion it's unfair on the part of a CA who has done a fair job as an article & as an audit staff/manager.

Yes it is unfair. but maximum companies required ca with post qualification exp, because ca firm experiece they have not count. they required practical experience in field of company.
