can a ca holding c.o.p. & also in employment with a c.a. firm, perform audit/certification work?

If a CA is holding Full time COP and is a partner in the CA firm then, only he can sign as a partner of the firm.
Else, if he holds Fulltime COP and works as a proprietory concerns, then also he can sign on his own.
But in case, he is in employment of the firm and hold COP then it will be counted as Part time COP and he cannot certify or attest as a Practising CA.
