As one of the person is residing in Landon and want to give power of attorney to someone in India for signing of documents.

please let me know the complete procedure of it.

04 March 2014 best is u appoint a lawyer and make an official power of attorney and get it registered with indian court.

04 March 2014 no..actually power of attorney if not registered will later be challebgeable in court and all the acts done may be later ratifable and u will be ion trouble...
