Please clarify POT in case of prtial reverse charge mechanism where pament is made within motnh of jluy for services which are alredy taken in june.

24 July 2012 In your case, the POT would be decided on the basis of facts as on 30th June, by applying Rule 3 of POT Rules. So, it would be date of invoice or payment, whichever is earlier. In case if invoice is not raised within stipulated time in Rule 4A, then POT would be date of provision of services or date of payment, whichever is earlier.
