good morning to all expert.
plz solve my this query . in budjet i read that a salaried class person whose tds deposit by. company.that they will not fill their income tax return. now sir plz tell me how they will get his tds refund which tds amt. deduct from his salary.

For refund case you need to file..

In case of refund you will have to file return. As per budget it is not mandatory to file return for salaried class where tds is deducted. It does not bar anybody from filing return. Secondly if you other income and not reported to the Company, you will have to file the return.
