Plz help:preparation tips for ipcc may 2013 !

25 February 2013 I was a very good student before.. I even passed my school and high school with good grades..but due to health constraints few months ago.. I was like away from studies for atleast 5 months..i didnt attend any classes.
On nov attempt 2012 .i failed in both groups with shameful marks..becoz i cudnt study at all

Now 2 months away from the next attempt.. I am so frustrated..lots of pressure and burden at the same time.. A month was wasted studying tax with old provisions.. So less time.. I am not able to give time for all subjects... But i want to clear both groups in this attempt .. Plz anyone .. Any ideas?? I want new amendments from tax too.. Plz help i am so worried!!

27 February 2013 don't be so panic it would just make the situation worse. You have exact 2 months left.
It's better to go for group1 only. As because you need to revise as well what you have learnt.

For tax,I'd suggest you to go V.K.Singhania's book ( latest version) and read and practice all the last year solutions and papers.So you don't need to fight at all with concepts.

for accounts,refer to make note or mark the formats in book. and try to understand logic behind that. Accounts is really simple in part 1 which can be easily managed by you as you have done mostly in 12th class ( if you were from CBSE)

I won't suggest you to change your books. But still make sure you can revise what you have done in costing and FM.

if You are really unable to understand concepts then only go for Rajesh makkar. Otherwise you can practice from Practice manual and compilers.

Divide your study in 3 parts :-

1. Read the concepts from your book.
2. Do the revision with Pratice manual
3. Now do the second revision from Compilers.

You can easily give 20 days for 2 subjects and then again revise and re-revise them to prepare best for may.

Rest is still your decision to give one or both groups.
