Hi , My query is regarding the procedure for registering company under companies act, 2013.
Is there any difference between Rule 36 Integrated Process for Incorporation and SPICe ?

Yes there is a procedural difference . Under Rule 36, Form INC-29, INC-30 & INC-31 is substituted with eForms INC-32, INC-33 & INC-34 respectively.
