my qyery is here, i registered for icwa in the year 2007 november but because of few problems and bcos of my lazyness i neglected cwa so i didnt submit any postal papers so obviously i didnt attempt atleast once till now, at present i had only admit card i dont any have any other details except my registration number. now i want to concentrate on icwa inter so am i elegible for the cwa i heard that by making refresh registration (paying 2000 rs)i can enter into fresh registration this was told by vijayawada institute but when i met hyderabad chapter they are saying that i'm not elegible to refresh registration. inorder to rite the exams i have register again by paying 19600 rs so please can anyone tell me wether am i elegile or not for refresh registration if yes please tell me the procedure even i found in cwa blog that i'm eligible for refresh registration please answer to my query eshwar.0512@gmail.com

07 February 2012 Check your canceled registration number list. also after registration with in 3 year if you not submit any test papers and not appear any exams, then your registration will be canceled. so please check the same period restrictions also.

I think already you are crossed 23 year limit. need to do fresh registration only
