07 December 2012 Senior Citizen went to Singapore for personal visit and while roaming in Snow city park he fell down due to hole in carpet or carpet was torn/cut.Negotiations were done and claim from Solicitor of Snow city park received after 4 year now after deducting their fees. It is physical injury claim from that Snow City Park

09 December 2012 It needs to be further researched , but from the facts it seems that the nature of receipt is not in nature of income, since the money is not received from an insurance Company.
