I am salaried & in Mumbai
The company accommodation attracts 15% perquisite value added to the income.
In computation of perquisite are the following added?
a) Leave encashment
b) un exempted LTA
c) Bonus
d) Performance linked incentive
In simple terms, out of any payment 5% (one third of 15%) goes into tax for the same house.
