This is Anusha kadiyala. I am pursuing ca and cs simultaneously and I have submitted form 112 to the ICAI. As I was discontinuing the CS course from the last 6 months and I have a plan to join MBA course.As I earlierly submitted form 112 for seeking the permission of CS course do I need to submit form 112 again for permission to MBA course? In the check list of permission for other course I have read that we need to submit documentary proof of discontinuation of course,as the Institute of company secretaries of India will not give any such type of proof for discontinuation of course.Please help me how can I proceed in this situation.A declaration letter describing the discontinuance of CS course sufficient for the documentary proof? Please help me out.

05 October 2015 Yes, you need to submit form 112.
Please note form 112 does not give you liscence to do any course. The form is course specific. So please fill it again for MBA.
As thought of by you, give a self declaration letter that you want to discontinue and that you have disengaged yourself from doing CS.

11 October 2015 No, ICSI does NOT, as such, issue any disccontinuance letter.
