we are providing service for movement of backup tape to SBI. @ what rate TDS to be deducted while making payment. is it professional service. or works contract. we are proprietory concern

As the task performed by you does not required any professional qualification and technical knowledge , it is a contractual obligation and TDS can be deducted by SBI U/s 194C
