I file return at AY 2004-05, 2005-06, 2007-08 and claiming refund 32000, 56000, 96000 respectively. When i ask for refund cheque they said they issue us refund cheque in AY when they become due to pay. They dont provide us detail about encashment of refund or manner how refund cheque are despatched they only provide us cheque no and cheque date. Assessee dont get any refund cheque till date above mentioned AY. I compained at Income tax authority about all the matter but they dont give us any response from last 6 months. Plz guide me about procedure to reissue refund cheque of above mentioned AY if previous issued cheque is misplaced by IT officer.
