We raise debit note for the 2nd quarter(July,Aug,Sept)2015 on 17th Aug 2015.
what will be the penalty for the same?
(Ideally the debit note had to be raised on July and service tax to be paid on 5th Aug 2015.)
The new penalty rate is 18%.
