what amt of salary will person get?
b)-pls also tell me what is payband and paygrade?

First year 5200+allowances, after that yearly increment is Rs. 2800/-, When the salary will reach Rs. 20200, no increment will be added.

like 5200-2800-20200
but its shown differntly that is (5200-20200+2800)
both are same?
