10 November 2010 Dear Experts,

Im getting a new client to maintain the payroll maintaining. Please advice me how to charge my client whether lump sum by month or based on the employees count.

i have to calculate salary structure based on attendance & have to give hard copy. PT, PF, ESI, TDS, etc everything i have to take care.

please advice me now how to charge customer.
