Payment of tax of a proprietorship firm

Please tell me the current limit for mandatory e payment and is there any problem if i deposit it by manual challan with cheque. We r deposit per month appro. 500000/- p.m.

05 September 2012 so long as you are depositing the TAX, there need not be nay difficulty. Being revenue in nature, income tax people are liberal enough to accept such a good TAX PAYER.
