29 March 2009 at which rate i am supposed to pay service tax on this 31st at 10% or 12%

29 March 2009 If the service is provided before 24th then 12% otherwise 10% and education and higher cess as applicable.

29 March 2009 Payment to be made on 31st Mar is obviously for services provided in Mar09. Rate of Service Tax (including Cesses) applicable is 10.30%
