14 November 2011 My client paid a payment of LIC Rs. 60000 since last two years. Now he want to pay this LIC from HUF. Can HUF take the benefit of payment and is there any legal regulation to inform LIC?

14 November 2011 HUF can claim deduction if the premium is paid for policy of any member. No need to inform anyone..
