Dear Expert,
My Query is that
My Company is EOU Unit and one Raw Material purchase from A Ltd ( EOU Unit ) and other Raw Material purchase from many Party. after that we sell Finished Goods Sell to A Ltd, after that A Ltd make payment after purchase and TDS deduction.
is this right Exercise ? if yes then under which section comes.

No TDS applicable on sale of finished goods. If it is a job work then TDS applicable.
