Is payment allowed if paid in excess of Rs.20000/- say Rs.45000/- paid to Hotel in respect of students went for picnic and Rs.25000/- paid to water park in CASH . amt paid by School.

why bother so much. Dont route the transactions through the school's accounts. show it as contribution from students used to spend on their behalf. Any teacher can be shown as collecting this money.
