Hi, if I do not pass through pcc exams within 5 attempts, do i need to reregister and give a gap of 15 months before i give my next attempt? Do my articleship completion hold good or do i have to do it again?

yes you have to re-register in IPCC. 15 months gep should be Required. i think you have to do again articleship.
