Passing Mark when exemption in papaer

I ahve one doubt about passing marks for CA final exam. What whould be passing marks when someone have exemption in papers?
Suppose in CA final 1st Group, Mr. X has exmption in Account paer with mrks 65. Now in next exam, Whatwill be passing marks indivitual and overall)?
Pls calrify?

20 February 2010 in next attempt aggregate marks required in remaning 3 subjects is (200 - 65 = 135), and minimum 40 marks in each 3 subjects.
