Dear Sir
can a chartered accountant in service become partner in a practicing firm of chartered accountants??? what would be his authority.?? Please tell the relevant provisions of Chartered Accountant Act and regulations.

If a CA in Full time employment(service) then he can't hold COP. see in code of ethics issued by ICAI.
