05 March 2012 Hi sir, Could u kindly tell whether a firm name can be like XYZ group of companies. The proposed firm has no association with any limited companies nor any partners is any company. Is there any guidelines on chosing a firm name in India, Kerala in particular.

Incase of partnership firm name it shall comply with names and emblems act..
