Hi sir, Could u kindly tell whether a firm name can be like XYZ group of companies. The proposed firm has no association with any limited companies nor any partners is any company. Is there any guidelines on chosing a firm name in India, Kerala in particular.

Group of companies is a nomeclature used general where there are more than two closing held companies / sister concerns etc.
Incase of partnership firm name it shall comply with names and emblems act..
