29 June 2012 Dear expert,
One of my client is a partnership firm, wherein seven partners and all are working partner. Now six partners are willing to remain in the firm as sleeping partner. Original partnership deed was drafted on the stamp of Rs. 750/- .
Please advise me, the revised partnership deed should be draft again on stamp papers of Rs. 750/- or it can be drafted on Rs. 100/- or Rs. 10/- stamp paper.
