my client lives in jalandhar and want to create partnership firm in haryana.I want to know about location from where I can buy stamp paper in Punjab or haryana

my view is one can buy the stamp paper of the place where one would register the deed!
Registration authorities have to register only on the basis of stamp paper but they cannot register on stamps that are foreign to their state1
