My owner has made a registered agreement with all my PAN details and all. Q1) Do i need to update all agreemnt and receipt to cliam HRA? Wouldn’t that be added directly in IT database automatically? Q2) What if i change the premise mid way and have a normal Rent agreement there with more Rent paid this time? Wont the IT return people say we have your registered agreemnt details so you are claiming wrongly??
