You are having time to learn English. Join a Coaching Class and read English articles. It will help you even if in starting you are not comfort in reading full article, you will gradually become use to read and speak English.
By the time of filling Exam form if you are not very much sure about writing Exam in English you can write it in Hindi and than after can continue in English.

Yes, any language is for communication. If you are doing C.A. then you can easily learn english .Enlish is not as difficult as C.A. course.Its matter of practice .Best wishes
