sir,
FD pe twenty percent tds Bank kaat rhi hai...Bcoz PAN card nhi hai...ye last four years se ho rha hai...
plz give me suggestion...what can i do.

If you are having PAN than produce to the BANK else they are correct in deducting TDS. You can only file return of income with refund claim.
