Following steps to be taken to formate a partnership firm.
Required Documents:
1. Make partnership deed between the partners. (deed value should be Rs.1000)
2. Partners should have PAN each.
3. Office Rental Agreement.
4. Partners Id & Add proof.
Required Registrations:
1. Firm Registration.
2. PAN on Company Name
3. TAN on Company Name
4. VAT Registration
5. Shop & Commercial Establishment Regn.
6. Professional Tax Registration.
Required Documents:
