Work contract after 01.07.12 40% or 60% example:- water proofing contract, concrete contract, small contract like partly received

If the water proofing, concrete contracts are in relation to immovable property then service tax will be on 60% works contract price and if it is in relation to goods then ST will be on 70% of works contract price.
